Certificates and Transcripts

The University maintains three distinct kinds of academic record.

Certificate

A formal document issued on completion of a course or programme. It names the learner, the course, the issuing body, the issue date, and a unique credential identifier.

Transcript

A formal record of a learner’s courses, completion status, grades or marks (where applicable), and study hours. Transcripts are issued by the Office of Records and Credentials.

Verification record

Each certificate carries a credential identifier that can be checked through the Kaharagian credential verification portal at verify.kaharagia.org. The verification record confirms the credential’s authenticity, status, and date of issue.

Recognition

Certificates and transcripts issued by the Royal Kaharagian University are official within the Kaharagian institutional framework. Recognition by external governments, universities, employers, or accrediting bodies is subject to their own rules and discretion.
